These Bolt Connect Services Terms (these “Terms”) govern the access to and use of the Bolt Connect services (the “Services”) provided by Bolt Financial, Inc., a Delaware corporation, together with its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, “Bolt”), and are incorporated into any Master Services Agreement, Partnership Agreement, or Order Form executed between Bolt and the entity using the Services (“Merchant” or “you”).
By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and the Bolt Merchant Terms of Use, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

1. DEFINITIONS

For purposes of these Terms:

  1. “Customer” means any end user purchasing goods or services from the Merchant.

2.1 Description. The Services provide merchant onboarding, compliance workflows, payment processing, embedded checkout functionality, and optional Stablecoin Payout capabilities for online marketplaces and related platforms.

2.2 Modifications. Bolt may update or modify the Services from time to time, provided such updates do not materially reduce the core functionality of the Services. Any material modification will be communicated to Merchant at least thirty (30) days in advance.

3. ELIGIBILITY

Merchant represents and warrants that it:

  1. is a business entity with legal capacity to enter into contracts;

  3. will not use the Services for any prohibited or unlawful activity

Merchant is solely responsible for goods and services it sells to Customers and for all obligations it owes to Customers, including customer service, refunds, and compliance with consumer protection laws.

4. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION AND ONBOARDING

4.1 Verification. To access the Services, Merchant must complete Bolt’s onboarding process, which may include KYB/KYC checks, identity verification, and submission of supporting documentation.

4.2 Third-Party Onboarding. Bolt may use Third-Party Providers to perform verification and compliance checks. Merchant authorizes Bolt to share necessary information for this purpose.

4.3 Account Security. Merchant shall maintain the confidentiality of its account credentials and notify Bolt immediately of any unauthorized use. Merchant is responsible for all activity conducted under its account.
